Dustin Quay Peterson
42-year old Dustin Quay Peterson of McClellan Lane in Hiddenite was arrested Monday by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony probation violation. He ‘s being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond f $26,000. Peterson has Catawba County District Court Dates on May 11th and May 18th.
