A Hiddenite man is facing a list of charges after he was apprehended early Tuesday morning. Alexander County Deputies served Wilkes County warrants on 33-year-old Thomas Lee Sherrill for felony larceny and larceny from a coin-operated machine. During the process, Sherrill was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. He’s also charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sherrill is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center.
