The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman on Sunday and charged her with resisting arrest. 22-year-old Karla Raquel Guerra Samayoa lists a 26th ST DR NE address in Hickory. She is charged with resisting arrest. Samayoa has a Federal ICE detainer in place following a January arrest in Iredell County. She was charged at that time with assault with a deadly weapon.
