Vera Veronica Blackburn of Hickory was arrested this morning by Hickory Police. She’s charged with second-degree kidnapping and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Blackburn is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a listed bond of $9,500. She is scheduled to make a first court appearance today.
