19-year old Ja’Kari Javone Wittenburg of Statesville was arrested Wednesday evening by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies. He was charged with two counts of possession of an unspecified controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wittenburg has been released with a secured bond of $2,000.
