The Hickory Police Department is investigating an overnight shooting.
A female subject was struck by gunfire in the parking lot of the Raceway convenience store off Highway 321 NW . The shooting was reported around 10pm.
HPD has yet to release other information aside from a statement that the victim’s injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
