Hickory Police are investigating a stabbing that was reported today at the Quality Suites Hotel on 13th Avenue Drive SE.
A 37-year old male suffered a life-threatening stab wound following an altercation with his son according a news release. The victim is being treated at Catawba Valley Medical Center.
The suspect in the stabbing is said to cooperating with investigators.
