Hickory Police arrested 55-year old Oren Lee Spencer III of Taylorsville on Wednesday evening and charged him with intoxicated and disruptive and resisting a public officer. He was placed in the Catawba County Jail under a bond of $2,000. A court appearance is set for today in Newton.
