Hickory Police Charge Woman With Felony Hit And Run

Hickory Police arrested 51-year old Consandra Jean McCowin of Hickory early Sunday morning. She’s been charged with felony hit and run resulting in injury. McCowin is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000.
