30-year-old Justin Allen Franklin of Hollar Lane in Taylorsville has been arrested by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of breaking & entering and larceny. Franklin was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (March 22) under $1,500 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today.
