Hickory Police arrested a man listed as homeless on Friday. Emmanuel James Saddler, age 31, is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, going armed to the terror of the public and discharging a firearm in city limits. The suspect has a long criminal history in multiple jurisdictions including Alexander County. Saddler is being held under a secured bond of $110,000 in the Catawba County Jail.
