Hickory Police arrested 40-year old Luis Alonso Torres this morning and charged him with felony first-degree kidnapping, felony robbery with a dangerous weapon and felony assault with a deadly weapon. He is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $40,000.
