James Harlen Radford
James Harlen Radford, age 43 of Connelly Springs was taken into custody on Wednesday by the Hickory Police Department. He’s been charged with felony second-degree kidnapping, assault by strangulation, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, assault on a female, simple assault and communicating threats. Radford was also charged with felony probation violations from out of county. The suspect is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $155,000. A court appearance is scheduled for today.
