The Catawba County Office of Probation and Parole arrested 27-year old Justin Dennis Lynch of Hickory on Wednesday. He was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense, felony probation violations, and failure to appear in drug recovery court. He is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $50,000. A September 20th court date is scheduled.
