41-year old Michael Stephen Terry of Hickory was arrested by Hickory Police Officers Tuesday evening. He’s been charged with first-degree burglary, assault on a female and communicating threats. Terry is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a court appearance scheduled for today in Newton.
