Yorel Damir Scott, 21 of Hickory, was arrested by Hickory Police on Monday and charged with felony discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling/moving vehicle, felony assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill, and felony possession with intent to manufacture sell and deliver methamphetamine. He is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center without bond. An initial court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday.
