27-year-old Jamie Virgil Hicks of 11th Street SW in Hickory was arrested Friday, September 1st by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with first-degree statutory sexual offense and felony possession of methamphetamine. Hicks was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $252,500 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today.
