The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Joseph Allen Wooten of Hickory on Monday and served him a warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for larceny and was filed on December 13th. Wooten is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond listed at $4,500.
