38-year-old Jason Craig Parker of 29th Avenue N.E. in Hickory has been arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers on one felony count of indecent liberties with a child and two felony counts of statutory rape of a child less than or equal to 15 years of age. Parker was jailed Monday in the Catawba County Detention Facility where he is being held without bond.
