He’s No Stranger At The Alexander County Jail

Jason Colton Hubbard, age 35 of Taylorsville, was given a 30-day jail sentence in Alexander County Court on Monday. He was found guilty of felony probation violation. Hubbard is awaiting trial in Alexander County for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance. The next court date listed is August 11th.

Hubbard was free from custody while serving a 36-month suspended sentence for felony drug offenses.
