Granite Falls Police arrested a Conover resident Sunday on fugitive warrants from the state of Florida. Brandy Renee Kemp was taken into custody for unspecified charges in Florida. Kemp was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a secured bond of $250,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on December 27th in Lenoir.
