Granite Falls Man Wins $250,000 In N.C. Lottery

A man from Caldwell County has won $177,500 on a scratch-off lottery ticket.

Johnny Shull, of Granite Falls, bought a 20X The Cash ticket from the Market Basket convenience store on Dudley Shoals Road in Granite Falls, according to a news release from the N.C. Education Lottery.

The scratch ticket was worth $250,000.

Shull collected his prize Friday. After withholding taxes, he took home $177,526.
