Dustin Shay Burchette, age 31 of Granite Falls, is facing a charge of felony obtaining property by false pretense. He was arrested On March 26th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He has been released on a secured bond of $3,500. Burchette is scheduled to appear in court on April 19th.
