Cloyd Wayne Burns, age 45 of Granite Falls, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Monday for failure to appear. The original charges were for felony breaking and entering and felony larceny. Burns remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $60,000. His next court appearance is scheduled for June 14th.
