Robert Christopher Cannon, age 41 of Granite Falls, was arrested Saturday morning by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Cannon was confined in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $8,500. He is scheduled to make a Monday court appearance.
