34-year-old Gary Daniel Stallings of Granite Falls was arrested Friday, March 18th by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s charged with felony counts of speeding to elude arrest and violating a house arrest order. Stallings was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $510,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled for Monday in Lenoir.
