Georgia Woman Busted In Burke County With Over 17 Pounds Of Meth

A Burke County Deputy observed a vehicle committing multiple traffic violations on Wednesday, August 17th. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Krysten Terese Vlacancich, age 36 of Canton, Georgia.

A K9 Officer was requested resulting in a positive alert on the vehicle. During the search, deputies located approximately 8,010 grams (17.6 lbs.) of methamphetamine. The approximate street value for the meth seized is $1.2 million.

Vlacancich was placed under arrest and charged with (F) Trafficking in Methamphetamine (Level III), (F) Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sale and Deliver Methamphetamine, (F) Possession of Methamphetamine, (F) Maintain a Vehicle for Controlled Substances, (M) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, (T) Speeding, and a (T) Window Tint Violation.

She is being held under a secured bond of $1 million.
