A 15-year old male wanted for murder by Hickory Police has surrendered to custody.
He is fourth juvenile ( along with three 16-year olds) to be arrested for the shooting death of 35-year old Shonniel Blackburn. Blackburn was shot to death on Monday, June 13th outside a Hickory apartment complex.
Earlier today, Hickory Police said the 15-year old was charged with stealing an 83-year-old Conover woman’s car from the Valley Hills Mall parking lot in February and then driving to Florida with three other teens.
