Delisha Ann Oxendine
On Monday, 36-year old Delisha Ann Oxendine, was taken into custody by the Alexander County Office of Probation and Parole. She was cited for probation violation and held without bond in the detention center.
Oxendine is on probation from Florida for larceny of a motor vehicle.
