Taylorsville Police arrested 23-year old Joel Keith Dokum of Hiddenite on Friday and charged him with felony larceny. Dokum was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,500. He is scheduled for an initial court appearance on Monday, May 3rd in Alexander County District Court.
