Felony Drug Charge Levied Against Taylorsville Teen

Jaddin Allen Norris, age 18 of Taylorsville is facing a felony drug charge following his Sunday arrest by Taylorsville Police.

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person shortly after 6pm on Sunday. Norris was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. A misdemeanor probation violation was also filed.

Norris was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $8,500. A court appearance is scheduled for today.
