Christopher Lee Carrigan, age 41 of Stony Point, was arrested by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies on Friday, August 4th. He was charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and resisting a public officer. As of earlier today Carrigan remains in the Alexander County Detention Center. He was scheduled to make court appearance on Monday.
