Richard Eugene Pennell, age 41 of Taylorsville, was arrested Friday by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of felony breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking and entering. Pennell is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $10,000. A Monday court date is scheduled in Taylorsville.
