Jacob Nelson Teague, age 44 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Sunday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and assault inflicting serious injury. A warrant was also served from Haywood County for driving while license revoked. Teague was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
