A man died when the motorcycle he was operating Thursday morning on Rifle Range Road in Conover was struck by a pickup truck.
The North Carolina Highway Patrol says 21-year old Gregory Allen Propst of Conover died at the scene after the truck operated by 58-year-old Eddie Huffman pulled from a driveway into the bike’s path.
Huffman has been charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle.
