Hickory Police Officers arrested 46-year old Elijah Rashad Gibbs of Lenoir Wednesday morning and charged him with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to sell/distribute marijuana, and possession of a firearm by a felon. Gibbs has an initial court date scheduled for today and is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $140,000.
