LOVE VALLEY – Starting next week, N.C. Department of Transportation crews will close part of an Iredell County road for about 10 months for a bridge replacement.
Coolbrook Road will be closed in both directions between Fox Mountain Road and Linney’s Mill Road starting Jan. 25. Work is expected to continue through Nov. 15.
Traffic will be detoured to N.C. 115, Linney’s Mill Road and back to Coolbrook Road.
Motorists should use caution and expect some delays while using the detour.
