Morganton: Macy Law allowed 2 hits in the 4 inning shutout. Laney Wike hit a pair of homers with 3 rbi. Kyla Hamby had 3 hits and drove-in 3. Lyla Mayberry went 3-4 including a home run. The Lady Cougars have won their last 3 games by a combined 34-0 and are 22-1. The have completed the conference season at 10-0 !

Freedom led 1-0 after 4 innings to see AC plate 6 runs in the 5th frame. Koa Mikeal and Kade Church both had 2 rbi. Newt Rexrode pitched a complete game allowing only a run on 4 hits. The Cougars finish the conference season at 7-3 and in 2nd place. They will face Hibiten on Monday in the Easter Holiday Tournament in Newton.
