Newton Police arrested a Conover woman earlier this morning on a series of charges. 33-year old Marsha Kay Glazebrook is charged with felony trafficking in methamphetamine, felony trafficking opium or heroin, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/ place for controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and communicating threats. Glazebrook is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $150,000. She is scheduled to make a court appearance today.
