Conover Police Officers arrested a Georgia man on Friday after he was found to be on the grounds of Rock Barn Country Club. Raphael Assant Russell, 33, of Monticello. Ga is charged with going armed to the terror of the people. He is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a bond listed at $10,000.
