The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Conover man on Sunday on multiple drug offenses. 48 year old Stanley Shell Jarrett was taken into custody and charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine,three counts of possession of schedule IV controlled substance, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Jarrett was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000. He will appear in court today in Newton.
