Ronald Farrell Billings, age 48 of Conover, was taken into custody Monday evening by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with misdemeanor possession of stolen goods and possession of drug paraphernalia. Billings was placed in the Alexander County Detention with a bond of $2,000 bond. An April 18th court date is scheduled.
