James Robert Anderson
28-year old James Robert Anderson was arrested Sunday, July 3rd by Hickory Police and charged with felony possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Anderson remains in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $45,000. An initial court appearance is scheduled to today in Newton.
