Teri Michelle Pitts
Pitts was arrested in Alexander County on Tuesday, January 11th for felony probation violation and defrauding a drug/alcohol test. Charges of felony obtaining property by false pretense are also pending along with misdemeanor counts of possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, Pitts is also awaiting trial on a series of traffic related offenses including driving with license revoked. Total bond is set at $62,999.
