A Claremont woman died in a single-car crash on Oxford School Road on Saturday night in Catawba County.
59-year old Donna Yeomans was ejected from her vehicle. The crash happened around 9:45 p.m. on Oxford School Road in the town of Catawba according to the Highway Patrol.
Yeomans ran off of the roadway and struck an embankment causing her vehicle to go airborne. No other vehicles were involved.
The investigation is continuing.
