Claremont Woman Arrested On Felony Drug Charges

Kisha Dianne Boggs, age 36 of Claremont, was arrested Saturday night by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. She charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. Boggs is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $14,000. She is scheduled to appear in court on Monday in Newton.
