Hickory Police arrested Patrick Kendall Blair, age 30 of Claremont on Saturday. He was charged with assault on a female, assault on a child under the age of 12, breaking and entering, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana. Blair is being held without bond in the Catawba County Detention Center. He is scheduled to appear on September 7th in Catawba County District Court.
