Brandon Phillip Partin, age 39 of Claremont, was arrested on Thursday, April 11th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with assault on a female in addition to both felony and misdemeanor probation violations. Partin remains in the Alexander County Detention Center being held without bond.
