Charges Levied Against Taylorsville Man

Roger Clyde Pennell, 59 of Taylorsville, is facing charges after his arrest on Tuesday by Deputies with the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office.

Pennell was charged with assault-communicating threats, second-degree trespassing, and resisting arrest. As of this morning, Pennell remained in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $10,000.
