62-year-old Debra Lynn Steiner of Saw Mill Road in Conover was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Deputies on Thursday, June 19th. She’s charged with a felony fugitive awaiting extradition to another state. Steiner is wanted in Sumter County, Florida for money laundering and grand theft greater than $100,000. She was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility where she is being held without bond. An appearance in District Court was set for Monday, June 23, in Newton.
